Trigenia Energy Efficiency Solutions LLC won the international context promoted by ADWEA through an Audit project made in Abu Dhabi. The first project undertaken has been the audit of the 8 buildings owned by ADWEA at the beginning of 2018.

ENERGY AUDIT LEVE 3 ASHRAE

• On-site technical inspections aimed at understanding the processes involved in the construction;
• Thermographic inspections on the insulation of buildings and on the operating conditions of pumps / motors, etc .;
• On-site measurements on electricity consumption, temperature, humidity, lux level;
• Energy Analysis: Energy breakdown of the final use of energy and Energy Performance Indicators of the building;
• Calibrated Energy Model (RETScreen software) and Systems Simulation (IES Virtual Environment);
• Program for implementing energy saving measures in order to achieve energy savings;

A PROGRAM FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES:

• Replacement of current lighting systems with LED devices;
• Implementation of an Energy Monitoring System for smart metering and analysis;
• Retrofit of the HVAC system (replacement of standard efficiency chillers with high efficiency refrigeration units, VFD system on pumps);
• Optimized management of the HVAC system during unoccupied hours.
